67TH SEASON KICKS OFF SATURDAY, MARCH 26TH! FIRST 67 PEOPLE IN FOR FREE!!
We are so excited to kick off the 67th Season of the very best dirt track racing here at Cottage Grove Speedway this Saturday, March 26th! The weather looks great and we are ready to get back to what we love in just a few short days, we hope you all can join us for the best entertainment and the most fun you can have on a Saturday night! If you are lucky enough to be one of the first 67 people through the gates you will even get in for FREE! Please note that you must physically be here to receive a free ticket, tickets cannot be picked up for others not yet here.
There have been a few changes here at Cottage Grove Speedway including a change in start times, this season the front gates will open at 4:30pm and we will start racing at 7:00 sharp! Hot Laps and qualifying will begin around 6pm. This later start time was decided on as a way to help with tire wear, our hope is that waiting a little later will ensure less racing while the sun is still baking the track and hopefully make it easier on tires, tires have been very difficult to get as of late and have also had quite the price increase, we hope that this later start time along with our always great track prep will help drivers go through fewer tires throughout the season.
We look forward to seeing everyone in just a few days as we kick off another great year of racing at Cottage Grove Speedway!
