Over the span of a week’s time this summer three Pacific Northwest tracks will host a total of six races during the month of July for the 4th Annual Wild West IMCA Modified Speedweek to determine who the best IMCA Modified driver is in the Western United States. Beginning on Saturday July 19th at Sunset Speedway Park and ending on Saturday the 26th at Willamette Speedway the six race series will determine who the best IMCA Modified chauffeurs in the region are at the three toughest tracks in the state of Oregon. Cottage Grove Speedway will host two mid-week events on Tuesday the 22nd and Wednesday the 23rd.

Since 2011 there have been three completed Mod Speedweeks. Jesse Williamson has won the last two while the inaugural edition went to Brian Poppa. Already a stout field of competitors plan to make the journey in 2014.

Each race will be $1,000.00 to win and $100.00 to start (full payout is listed below). Payout will be done in CASH each night after all the races are complete. Entry fees are $80.00 per race and Pit Passes will be $30.00. 2014 IMCA Rules and PHASE IN RULES will apply at all tracks and each race will considered an IMCA Modified point events. Drivers able to make every single race will be eligible to receive a portion of the $3,000.00 point fund that will be up for grabs.
