Cottage Grove Speedway Gearing Up For 2015

Cottage Grove, Oregon- 2015 is going to be another great year of racing at the Cottage Grove Speedway as the historic 1/4-mile clay oval has thirty-six nights of action for the upcoming season. Regular classes will once again include 360 Sprints, IMCA Modifieds, Northwest Extreme Sprints, Late Models, Northwest Extreme Modifieds, Street Stocks, and Hornets.
Probably the biggest announcement is the return of the World of Outlaw Sprint Car Series to CGS on September 9th after a year hiatus. Also to note is the season finale on October 3rd which should produce a great car count as many race tracks in the region are closed down by that time. The Marvin Smith Memorial Grove Classic, Mark Howard Memorial Modified Nationals, and Historical Night are just a few traditional big events that make their return in 2015.
