Cottage Grove, Oregon- It's hard to believe that Cottage Grove's Patrick Dills only has one full season under his belt behind the wheel of a Sprint Car. His performances in 2015 have showed huge improvements by the pilot of the All Seasons Equipment/Jacob Daniels Attorney at Law/Devine Continuous Gutters/Dirt Monkey Productions/Keith Whitaker Trucking/BC Motorsports/Jerry Dills Trucking/Rocket Designs/Double R Powdercoating/Weeman's Small Engine Repair #5D KPC. In four starts he has posted two top tens including a season best fourth with the Clark Printing Extreme Sprints on April 18th. He will look to continue that success at Cottage Grove Speedway on Saturday May 16th for Community Sharing Night.

“This year has went pretty well,” commented Dills, “we've finished just outside of the top ten a couple of times and in the Limiteds we're tied for second in points.”

Dills, as stated above, enters this weekend tied with Colby Carter tied for second in points in the Clark Printing Extreme Sprints. In 360 Sprint competition he is fifth in points with a season best sixth, on April 4th, in that division. His expectations for this weekend?

“This weekend I'm hoping for a “W” or at least a top three,” he would continue, “my expectations are to run towards the front.”

Other classes in action include the IMCA Modifieds, IMCA Sport Mods, Street Stocks, and the Quality RV Repair Hornets. Being Community Sharing Night folks that bring a can of non-perishable food receive $2.00 off their admission price.

Admission prices are Adults $13.00, Juniors/Seniors/Military $10.00, Youths (Ages 6-12) $5.00, and 5 & Under FREE.
