The Wild West Modified Shootout staff is pleased to announce that the Oregon based knife and tool company, Klecker Knives and Tools, has signed on as an official sponsor for the 2015 edition. With this sponsorship comes the Klecker Knives Hard Charger Award. The sponsorship will consist of awarding a Klecker Tool to the driver who passes the most cars in each A-Feature.

“We are excited to continue sponsoring this ultimate race challenge,” stated Glenn Klecker, owner of Klecker Knives and Tool as well as last year’s sponsor of the “Top Gun” award, “Some of best drivers from the west coast will be competing, I want to reward the Hard Chargers for making each show exciting to watch.”

Here’s how the deal will work. The driver who passes the most cars in each A-Feature, regardless of starting position, will be designated as the Hard Charger. Each Hard Charger will receive an original Klecker Knife, which has a value of $115.00.

And for the driver that wins the overall Wild West Shootout championship will be named the Top Gun and will receive a Klecker KLAX, valued at $180.00. What a great award for this years champion.

The 2015 Wild West Modified Shootout kicks off at Southern Oregon Speedway on Saturday June 13th. The tour will wrap things up at Willamette Speedway on the 19th and 20th to close the speedweek out for the second straight year. Teams from Oregon, Washington, California, North Dakota, Montana, and British Columbia Canada are expected to make the journey.

All races will be broadcasted through Speed Shift TV and you can either purchase each race for $19.95 or buy the whole week for $99.95. Orders can be made onhttp://www.speedshifttv.com. Be sure and don't miss out on these great races featuring the best Modified drivers in the Pacific Northwest region.
