Cottage Grove, Oregon- The biggest Late Model race at Cottage Grove Speedway is about to get a little bit bigger. Paul Culp and the fine folks at Superior Fuel Cells are adding some money to the purse for the Logger's Cup on Saturday August 22nd. The race is already $1,500.00 to win and Superior Fuel Cells will be adding money to second through fifth place. A full breakdown of the pay out can be found below this release.

"We are very excited to be apart of this event and want to make it bigger and better,” commented Paul Culp, owner and operator of Superior Fuel Cells, “the Late Models at Cottage Grove put on a really good show and hopefully some of the extra cash will attract even more teams.”

In addition to boosting the pay out Superior Fuel Cells will also be paying the entry fees to regular Cottage Grove Speedway Late Model drivers that have made at least 65% of the 2015 races. That is a kind gesture for teams that have been working hard week in and week out.

Admission prices are Adults $13.00, Juniors/Seniors/Military $10.00, Youths (Ages 6-12) $5.00, 5 & Under FREE, and a Family Pass (consisting of two adults and up to four youths) is $30.00. Pit Gates open at 2:00 PM, Front Gates 4:00, Qualifying 5:30, and Racing begins right around 6:45. For more information log on to www.cottagegrovespeedway.com.
