WALLBANGER CUP THIS SATURDAY AT COTTAGE GROVE SPEEDWAY!!
The sun is shining and it's gonna be a hot one Saturday, but not as hot as the racing action here at Cottage Grove Speedway! Get here early and grab a spot in the shade and an ice cold beer or soda and settle in, cuz the sun may be hot, but the racing is gonna be hotter!!
The Street Stocks will finally get their first shot at racing this season and they are doing it in style, kicking off the Street Stock season with the famous Wallbanger Cup! This iconic race is held every year in honor of Marky "Wallbanger" Howard and is one of the most coveted races to win. Mark was an amazing racer, friend, and mentor to so many who will be in attendance Saturday night and they will all be doing there best to take home the big money and get that front wall trophy scrape!
In addition to Wallbanger Cup, 360 Sprints, Late Models, and IMCA Sport Compacts all return after more than a month off!
Saturday, June 25th is also Community Sharing Night, so bring in 2 or more cans of food and get $2.00 off your general admission ticket!
