4th of July is right around the corner and that means so is the 3 night Freedom Cup Spectacular! That's right 3 nights of racing featuring Modifieds, Limited Sprints, Sportmods, and Kiefer Compacts! Friday night will also feature a HUGE firework display and Saturday the weekend ends with the Ralph Bloom Memorial Sportmod Race, along with Boat Races and crowning our 4 Freedom Cup Champions! You won't want to miss this weekend so be sure to go online to www.cottagegrovespeedway.com to get your tickets or just head on down to Cottage Grove Speedway on raceday and get them at the gate!

Each Night will Pay Regular Main Event Payout, Point Fund Payout Listed Below

FREEDOM CUP FORMAT
Thursday Night
Qualifying - Group Qualifying based on pill draw, Fast Time will receive 150 points and will drop by 1. Any car failing to draw a pill will qualify last both nights.
Heat Races - There will be a 6-car invert from qualifying in each heat race, Heat race points are 36 to the winner and will drop by 3 points per position.
B Main Events - Lined up off of points, all non-transferring drivers will receive 50 points.
A Main Event - Lined up with the top 16 in points locking in and the top 12 in points from qualifying and the heat race fully inverted, the transfer cars will line up behind the 12. 100 points are awarded to the winner and drop by 2.

Friday Night
Qualifying - Group Qualifying with a complete invert from Thursday's pill draw, Fast Time will receive 150 points and will drop by 1.
Heat Races - There will be a 6-car invert from qualifying in each heat race, Heat race points are 36 to the winner and will drop by 3 points per position.
B Main Events - Lined up off of points, all non-transferring drivers will receive 50 points.

Saturday Night
Drivers will get their best point night to use for lineups.
No Qualifying
Heat Races - Fully Inverted by points and points are awarded 36 to the winner and down by 3
The top 18 in points will lock into the A Main all others will run a B Main as a last chance qualifier to tag the back of the A. If one B Main is ran the top 4 will transfer if 2 are ran the top 2 will transfer
The top 18 will be completely inverted by point total and the transfer cars will start 19th-22nd.
A Main points for the final night are 150 to the winner and go down by 3
Ties for lineups will be broken by qualifying, ties for the winner will be broken by main event finish.

The Winner of Freedom Cup will be the driver with the most points not necessarily the winner of the final Main Event.
