Cottage Grove, Oregon- Cottage Grove Speedway will be back in action this Saturday August 23rd for the annual Mark Howard Memorial. This race is ran in honor of Mark Howard, a man who was both a champion on the track and a mentor to many racers off of it. The Street Stocks will be competing for the coveted Wallbanger Cup this year presented by Brad’s Car Tunes.
