Cottage Grove Speedway
MODIFIED VS SPORTMOD SHOWDOWN!!
The time has come for the ultimate showdown!! Modifieds vs Sportmods at Cottage Grove Speedway next Saturday, September 11th!!
We will take the top 8 in points in each class ( see the list of qualified drivers below) and pit them against each other in the ultimate racing battle!!
Each class will run a heat race and the winners will flip a coin to decide which class will start on the inside row and which starts on the outside. Then one by one drivers will pick their starting spot BUT you gotta choose wisely because the winners will be decided by which class does better overall not just who comes out on top!!
In addition to the Modified payout that will be awarded for the Main event the winning class will receive FREE pit passes for all participating drivers and their crew chiefs for both nights of Championship Weekend as well as major bragging rights!!
So.... who will it be??? Which class will dominate?? Will it be the MODIFIEDS or the SPORTMODS??????
Drivers please let Heather know if you will or will not be attending so we can move down the points list if needed and make sure we have 8 of each!
