Cottage Grove Speedway
POP POP RACING ADDS $$ TO OPEN COMP 4 CYLINDER RACES SEPT 30TH! CLICK THE LINK FOR ALL THE INFO ON THIS WEEKEND!!
Saturday, September 30th will be the final racing event of the season here at Cottage Grove Speedway and it's going to be jam packed and full of fun!
The action will kick off with and Open Comp run what ya brung race followed by a powder puff race and then a 200 lap enduro!
Pop Pop Racing has added $300 to the 4cylinder Open Comp show on Saturday, see below for full breakdown of all payouts for all classes.
The pit gate will open at 10am and the open comp show will kick off at noon!
The open comp race will feature 2 heat races and a main event, the powder puff race will be just a main event. The Enduro will be 200 laps of non-stop racing!
All of this will cost ya just $10 to watch and the concessions will be open so bring the family down for one last race and have a great time at Cottage Grove Speedway!!
Additional Information!!
Open Comp Races will be split into 2 classes, the compacts and everything else, only safety rules apply (dwarfs will not be permitted due to safety concerns)!
The Powder Puff races will also be split into 2 groups and ran only if there is enough interest.
The enduro rules can be found under the driver info tab on our website, www.cottagegrovespeedway.com. It is at the bottom of the class rules section.
General Admission is $10.00 for ages 13 and up and is good for all of the events, Youth ages 6-12 is just $5.00 and kids 5 and under are free.
Pit Passes are $40.00 and are good all day
Each event entered is an additional $10.00, riders in the enduro are also $10.00
Front Gate will open at 11:30am and there will be concessions open for all events.
Times:
Pit Gate - 10:00am
Open Comp Pill Draw closes - 11:30am
Enduro Pill Draw closes - 1:30pm
Open Comp Racing - Noon followed by a Powder Puff race
Enduro - 2:00pm (If Open Comp races run late this may be pushed back somewhat)
The enduro will take place rain or shine, the open comp is however weather dependent so please watch for updates on our website and Facebook page.
